This smart 48V 30A Lithium Battery Charger can charge fast for a 48V lithium ion or LiFePO4 battery pack range from 90Ah to 180Ah. Charging time is from 3-6 hours depending on battery’s capacity.
Single input 110Vac (90~132Vac range) or 230Vac (180~264Vac range) is available for different countries. We also provide free different AC plug types, such as US type, Euro type, UK type etc.
Our 48V 30A lithium ion battery charger is intelligent and controlled by microprocessor, high frequency switching mode power supply technology battery charger. When the AC power on and it’s connected to your 48V lithium battery pack, it begins to detect your battery state automatically and then start CC (constant current), CV (constant voltage) charging steps. It turns to Green light once your battery pack reaches to target voltage 54.6V or 58.4V which the max voltage is customized. All charging cycles are automatic, if you leave the charger on, it start a new cycle of charging when detect battery is discharged. At the end of the charging cycle, charger’s charging current is very small (we often set 8% as the switching point of turning to green) in order to protect battery’s life.
For the output connector, we customize by your technical requests. We usually provide free Alligator Clips, Anderson, Ring Terminals or only Wire out with Bared Leads in order to meet your special applications. Just tell us and we trust we can meet your requirements.

Simple Guidelines when Buying a Charger:
1. Choose the correct charger by battery chemistry like lead-acid, li-ion, LiFePO4 etc. Most chargers serve one chemistry only. Make sure that the battery voltage agrees with the charger. Do not charge if different. A lead acid battery charger does not suit for a lithium battery (Li-ion, LiFePO4, LiMnO2 etc.) and a lithium battery charger does not suit for a lead acid battery (AGM, GEL etc.).
2. The Ah (battery capacity) rating of a battery can be marginally different than specified. Charging a larger battery will take a bit longer than a smaller pack and vice versa. Do not charge if the Ah rating deviates too much (more than 25 percent).
3. A lead acid charger should have a float charge when fully saturated; a nickel-based charger must switch to trickle charge when full. Lithium battery cannot absorb overcharge and no need of trickle or floating charge. Trickle charge and float charges compensate for the losses incurred by self-discharge.
4. A high-wattage charger shortens the charge time but there are limitations as to how fast a battery can be charged. For lead acid battery, charging time often 8-12 hours. For lithium battery, charging time is often 3-4 hours. For example, if your lead acid battery 48V100Ah, then you need a 48V 8-12A lead acid battery charger. If your lithium battery is 48V100Ah, you need a 48V 25-30A lithium battery charger.
